Customer Sale Experience & Production Logistic Intern, Job Purpose :
Oversees the daily workings of sales operations. Ensure customers' requests are answered (BtoB and BtoC), follow the sales pipeline and close deals. Coordinates with Production to ensure products are delivered on time. Plans, manages, and implement schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintain a high-quality standard of product packaging and delivery. Actively participate in production planning and resource allocation.


Customer Sale Experience & Production Logistic Intern, Job Duties :

  • Support the management for the production, procurement, and planning of daily sales operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the company's customer service high standards and setting up systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate to the sales effort and contribute to the closing of new deals. 
  • Participate in establishing/improving/ sales programs for our direct sales, retailers and wholesalers.
  • Ensures prospect and customer requests and enquiries received via website or other means are followed up.
  • Ensures sales channels, such as the e-commerce platform are market worthy and reflect company standards and values.
  • Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate.
  • Ensures customer orders are delivered on time, via post, courier or delivery with company mean.
  • Ensures shipping of sales outside of the base country. 

Job requirements

Your Profile :

You are accurate and process oriented.

Project management runs in your veins.

You are familiar with standard IT management tools.

You are available for at least 5 months.

You write and speak fluently French and English.

Job position start : ASAP. (we however accept applications of candidates wishing to start their internship between now and the 1st of July).

Potential permanent job offer at the end of the internship.
